karina rasic
He studied finance at NYU where he graduated in 1994. In 2004 he obtained his EMBA degree from the IAE Business School. She then completed the MED Executive Program at Fundación Flor, and was also accepted by Latitud Cohort #6 in the same year. In October 2023 she will begin her second master's degree, the eMBA in Digital Transformation at IEBS (Spain), where she was accepted with a scholarship.
He founded his business strategy consulting firm Make Business Flow in 2016, with which he carried out several projects in Argentina. In August 2020, she founded Legalify online as a financial advisor with Silvana Stochetti. Legalify Latam provides online legal services, has 500 lawyers and more than 1,000 legal consultations, projecting to reach 20,000 users in 3 years due to its recent entry into Mexico.
His first book of autofiction, which he wrote with the collaboration of his literature teacher Carla Mozzone (Calu Zeta), is part of a saga of three books based on his personal story and will go on sale in November 2023.

He has worked at the forefront of local development for 20 years on three continents, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East & North of Africa. Implemented local innovation strategies, open innovation, business incubation and seed capital funds. He is passionate about helping entrepreneurs strengthen their businesses to grow. She is currently executive director of EMPREAR. Co-founder and COO of Crowders, equity crowdfunding platform. He chaired the Marianne Argentina Association. He has studies in Economics (UNLP) and completed a master's degree in Innovation Management (SSSUP).

University professor with +10 years of experience in accounting, auditing and corporate finance. Speaker at conferences and workshops aimed at both the general public and economic sciences professionals.
I developed my work experience in a multinational in the oil & gas sector, Consulting & Due Dillingence at Big4 (participating in M&A processes in Argentina, Uruguay and Chile), and finally occupying management positions in Argentine SME companies in the IT and Health sector. Currently, I work as a Finance Manager in a software development company. in the process of strong growth, with challenging projects and clients in the US and Latam. Teacher by passion and vocation.

Augusto Annechini
I developed my professional career in companies of different types, sizes and sectors: Oil & Gas, a retailer of national origin, multinational consulting and financial services companies and it was in 2018 that I discovered the world of startups and their relaxed, horizontal and disruptive way of working.
During all these years I focused on Corporate Finance, with special focus on short, medium and long-term financial projections, the preparation of reports and modeling of economic-financial scenarios, working with founders and top management. I collaborated with interdisciplinary teams from different parts of the world, which gives me greater openness when addressing new challenges and projects.
My curiosity has always led me to be in constant training, added to my passion for the world of startups, digital businesses and entrepreneurship made me complement my academic-financial training with courses such as Data Analytics & Product Management.
In 2022 I formed 2A Financial Partners, a financial consulting firm designed by and for entrepreneurs, which is dedicated to providing economic-financial support and support to startups and SMEs.
In the same year, I began to take my first steps in teaching, an environment that I want to continue exploring, helping entrepreneurs and people who want to understand finances better.
